Because I'm super freaking in love with Difficult, Tennessee
Difficult is an unincorporated community in Smith County, Tennessee. It lies just north of State Route 85, near Defeated. There are two theories for the origin of its name. One says that when town residents applied for a post office, the postal service responded with a letter stating “your name is too difficult.” Residents took the letter as an order, and accepted the name Difficult. The other theory says that the town named itself Difficult out of spite after a postal official suggested its name was too hard to pronounce. It’s preferable to believe it was out of spite.
(Un)official Difficult Fight Challenge: “Let’s do this the Difficult way.”
I'm not happy unless I'm in Normal, Illinois
Normal is the smaller of two principal municipalities of the Bloomington–Normal metropolitan area, and Illinois' seventh most populous community outside the Chicago metropolitan area. The town was renamed Normal in February 1865. The name was taken from Illinois State Normal University, a “normal school” (teacher-training institution) located there. The school has since been renamed Illinois State University after becoming a general four-year university. Normal is adjacent to Bloomington, Illinois, and when mentioned together they are known as the “Twin Cities.”
(Un)official Normal Town Motto: “We’re called normal because Bloomington ain’t.”
