All of our soaps, candles, and bath bombs are handmade, vegan and cruelty-free, and no two look exactly alike. Expect some deviation!
Soap Ingredients: Some of our soaps contain a few extras, like coffee beans and grounds in CAF+FIEND and glitter in the Soap for Queens. The basic ingredients (which are all printed on the labels) are: Coconut oil, palm oil, safflower oil, glycerine, purified water, sodium hydroxide, sorbitol, sorbitan oleate, soy bean protein, coloring, and fragrance.
Soap Directions for Safe Use: Rinse, lather, repeat. Do not eat. Do not invite friends over and serve over a bed of organic wild rice. Organic rice is way out of your budget. Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occur. Consult your physician if irritation persists.
Bath Bomb Ingredients: Bath Bombs contain sodium bicarbonate, citric acid (for fizzing), food-grade PEG, alcohol, coloring and fragrance. Some contain small amounts of glitter. Bath bombs for Dog People and Classy AF also contain activated charcoal for color.
NOTE: Bath bombs are just for fun. Caution: For adult use only. Use only as directed. Excessive use or prolonged exposure may cause irritation to skin and urinary tract. Keep out of eyes and mouth. Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occur. Consult your physician if irritation persists. Keep out of the reach of children.
Candles: Our candles are 100% soy wax with added color & fragrance. The end.
Candle Warning: All of our candles come with a warning label for safe use: Failure to follow instructions could result in fire hazard or injury. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Avoid drafts and excessive vibrations. Container may become hot while burning candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended. For best results, keep wick centered and trimmed to 1/4.” Burn candle for at least 2 hours each burn. But don’t exceed burning for more than 3 hours. Keep candle free from any foreign matter matches, wick trimmings, etc. Place on a protected, fire resistant surface. Do not place lid on container while burning. Discontinue use when 1/2” of wax remains in candle container.
WHY ISN’T MY PACKAGE HERE? I CHOSE 2-DAY PRIORITY MAIL!: Since our products are handmade, orders don't ship immediately. When ordering, your shipping options are limited. We offer shipping via USPS and UPS Ground in the US. UPS Ground can take up to 5 business days, depending on your location. We ship from Ohio. The closer you are to us, the faster your package delivers to you.
When choosing USPS shipping options, most orders will need to ship Priority Mail because they are over 1 lb. and don’t qualify for First Class Mail. Most priority mail packages deliver within 3 days of shipping. If your package is under 1 lb., you have the choice of First Class or Priority Mail. When choosing Priority Mail please remember that it could still take up to a week to actually prepare your order for shipment. We automatically email you tracking info when we create your shipping label so you can track your package.
I MADE A MISTAKE. CAN I EDIT MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED? Depending on what the error is, we can try our best to fix the problem. Wrong shipping address? Sure. Wrong billing address? MY ORDER IS A GIFT. DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING? We don't gift wrap, but we can include a personalized note from you to the gift recipient. Say what you'd like us to include by using the additional notes section at check out.
SHIPPING TO CANADA: We do offer shipping to Canada. We can use DHL, USPS, or UPS. As expected, shipping is fairly costly. We only charge you the shipping charged to us by the carrier. Not being export experts, we aren't sure what other tariffs and custom costs might be involved with getting your shipment to you. Any other costs are your responsibility and we are unable to tell you in advance of these costs because, frankly we just don’t know how this works. Order at your own risk.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Same thing (as above) for all other counties EXCEPT we only offer DHL Express to countries outside of Canada.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT: Everybody makes mistakes, everybody has those days… even our packaging experts. If you received the wrong item, we'd be happy to send you the right one! Please send an email to email@example.com with a photo of the product (or products) we sent and we will get to work on sending you the correct product(s) right away. NOTE: We cannot send replacement products internationally due to customs restrictions.
A PRODUCT I ORDERED WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. HOW CAN I FIX THIS? We know that from time to time accidents happen on the journey from our workshop to you (or your gift recipient). If a product or products arrive damaged, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with attached photo(s) of the damaged item(s) and we will be in touch with a solution.
When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

RETURN POLICY: Get the package and product back to us within 14 days in sellable condition and we will refund your money. We do not refund shipping and you are responsible for all shipping costs back to us.

DO YOU ACCEPT SUBMISSIONS: No, we do not accept any unsolicited material such as product ideas, labels, copy, content, concepts, materials, websites, marketing, publications, apps, or media.
If, despite the above, you submit unsolicited material to us, then you acknowledge and agree that:
- We have no obligation to you in respect of such unsolicited material;
- We are as entitled to enter into any arrangements regarding, and to create, develop and commercially exploit material and projects incorporating, elements similar to elements in such unsolicited material as we were before the receipt of the unsolicited material;
- You waive any rights that you might have to make any claim against us, our directors, officers, employees, owners, agents, contractors, licensees and assignees in respect of such unsolicited material, including any claim that we have appropriated the unsolicited material or used it without permission; and
- Without limitation to 3, above, you acknowledge and agree that damages are a sufficient remedy for any cause of action you may have in respect of the unsolicited materials submitted by you and you may not seek injunctive relief against us or any other party seeking to exercise rights in any material or projects created by us.
